I provide manual therapy through clothing to attend to your deepest fascial layers along the body’s midline, particularly the neck and head. My goal is to attune to this connective structure surrounding your nervous system and help you orient to the dynamic space within.
There is a natural vital movement called the craniosacral rhythm, like the body’s tide, which we can harness to help the body loosen or ease away from a held shape no longer needed.
I use slow, minimalist, noninvasive touch to accompany this movement. My aim is not to fix or solve, but to support your body’s natural resilience and capacity to care for and heal itself.
Beyond ‘alignment’ there’s a deeper story — calming the nervous system undercurrents
Craniosacral care is becoming more known as a precise, low-intervention treatment of the nervous system and a low-risk choice for complex conditions where positive results have eluded a person elsewhere.
Working together this way can be deeply restorative. By focusing on tension patterns that affect breath, posture, and sense of safety, we create space for gradual, meaningful change.
What to expect in a session?
Typically, a session begins with a brief check-in, followed by approximately 50 minutes of touchwork while you remain fully clothed on a massage table. No lotion or oil is used. I encourage ongoing open communication to ensure your comfort throughout the session, though there may be long stretches of time with little or no conversation.

My 16-year background in craniosacral therapy
Like many practitioners, I was drawn to this work after experiencing the benefits myself. Sixteen years ago, a craniosacral therapy treatment brought me so much relief I wanted to learn more. I let my curiosity guide me to lots of sessions and workshops to understand what made such a difference. I began learning the language of perceived‑as‑safe touch, somatic re‑patterning, and the bodymind connection. (Or maybe relearning, because I believe this is innate to us as humans.) That led me to where I am today.
I am a licensed massage therapist in California and Washington, and I have been in private practice doing craniosacral work for over 12 years. I earned the highest craniosacral certification from the Upledger Institute. Mindful touch cranial bodywork is blended into all my sessions for adults 18 and older. While this work does not replace medical care, it offers a gentle, parallel path to supporting your nervous system in ways that might otherwise be overlooked.
