Helping to strengthen positive neural pathways and a feeling of connectedness.
Meet Hillary
I offer hands‑on sessions designed to help clients feel more at home in their bodies. My approach integrates craniosacral care, somato‑emotional support, and interoceptive skills training. Each session uses touch, through clothing, to support the wholeness of body and being.
I believe long‑held tension is not purely biomechanical. And that the impacts of stress, anxiety, and grief can go deep.
By meeting clients where their body meets their mind in the present moment, I invite a sense of spaciousness to re‑shape what’s been held and reconnect from within.
Why craniosacral?
I discovered skilled touchwork after I reached a point of burnout in a previous career nearly two decades ago, which led me to massage school in San Diego. While I explored many modalities, it was the craniosacral techniques where my hands began to ‘see’ not just a static body resting on the table but a fluid nervous system in motion. As an adult unaware of my neurodivergence, I found receiving this kind of touch deeply meaningful and I continue to learn from it.
I strive to listen attentively to each client who comes through my door, and listen with my hands to their whole body’s story. The therapy is less about fixing and more about being present, attuned, and allowing each session to unfold naturally.

Values
In the treatment room, I aim to hold a space that feels warm, encouraging, and curious. Below, I share core principles that guide my work.
Education and experience
I’ve had the privilege of being in private practice doing craniosacral therapy since 2013. Each session is tailored and will have its own path. My studio‑office is tucked away in a professional building in the Mission Hills/Middletown neighborhood of San Diego.
