I first got into this work because of my own lingering, treatment‑resistant health issues. I saw such compelling results with craniosacral therapy that I was drawn to pursue it, and I’ve been studying and practicing it ever since.

  • At this time I am accepting new adult clients into my practice.
  • I wear a 94% filtration mask during table work and the room is well-ventilated.

Hillary Tinapple is owner/practitioner and craniosacral specialist with ten years of experience providing tailored craniosacral care. Sessions seek to reduce interference in the layers of supportive structure surrounding hard‑working nervous systems— to facilitate more free & flexible ways of responding. 

Client population includes individuals with head and neck pain, jaw clenching, post‑concussion symptoms, stress disorders, and difficulty “taking it easy.”
